Admission to Class Prep

Prabhat Academy – Lucknow Campus begins its academic journey with Class Prep, equivalent to Upper KG. Admissions to Class Prep are conducted as per the directives of the Directorate of Education. Candidates must have completed 4 years of age by 31st March of the academic session for which admission is sought.

Admission to Classes One to Nine

For admissions to Classes One through Nine, please visit our website by the last week of February each year for detailed instructions and timelines regarding the new academic session.

Admission to Class XI

Admission to Class XI at Prabhat Academy – Lucknow Campus is offered in April based on the results of the I.C.S.E. Examination.

General Admission Rules

• ✔ The management reserves the right to accept or refuse any admission application.
• ✔ A Transfer Certificate from the previous school is mandatory for confirming admission to Classes One to Nine.
• ✔ Fees at the time of admission should be paid via Cash, Cheque, or Demand Draft only.

Transfer Certificate (TC)

• ✔ The Transfer Certificate application must be signed by both parents and submitted to the school office at least 10 days before the requested issuance date.
• ✔ Parents must meet the Principal before collecting the TC.
• ✔ The TC will be issued only after clearance from all relevant departments.
• ✔ If the TC is requested at the beginning of the month, fees for the entire month must be paid in full prior to issuance.
